1. Return/Refund Eligibility

Non-returnable Items: Once an order is confirmed, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless: The outer box or package seal is broken. Products are missing or have defects.

2. Conditions for Returns

Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact (including the manufacturer’s box and MRP tag).
Returns will only be accepted if the product was not damaged during your possession.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the goods.

3. Process for Returns

In Case of Damage:
If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 5 days by emailing support@girsurbhi.com.
    Include:
  • Your order number.
  • An image of the invoice.
  • Two images of the damaged outer box.


  • In Case of Missing Products:
    Report missing items within 3 days of delivery via email: info@girsurbhi.com.
      Include:
  • Your order number.
  • An image of the invoice.
  • An image of the outer box.
  • Clear images of the opened box and the missing product.
  • 4. Refunds

    We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. No fees will be incurred for this reimbursement.

    Exceptions
    We cannot accept returns due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are natural and handmade, resulting in potential differences between batches. Certain goods are non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or expiration reasons.

    5. Final Decision

    All return or refund requests are at the discretion of Girsurbhi management.
