Shipping Policies

To ensure successful delivery of your order, please provide your complete postal address, including pin code, email ID, and contact number. Make sure to double-check your pin code and contact details before completing your order.

1. Order Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days after successful placement.
For Junagadh: Delivery in 2 working days, unless out of stock (you'll be notified in advance).
For the rest of India: Delivery in 5-7 working days, unless out of stock (notification provided).
International Deliveries: Currently, we do not deliver outside India.

2. Order Confirmation and Delivery

KAMDHENU GRUH UDHYOG reserves the right to refuse orders without sufficient funds.
Delivery will occur at the specified address during the order process. Separate orders are needed for multiple delivery addresses.
If you cannot be present for delivery, you may appoint a representative. They may need to provide proof of identity and sign a delivery manifest. Refusal to sign will be considered a refusal of delivery.

3. Address Details

Please provide detailed information about the delivery address to facilitate smooth delivery.
If items are out of stock, production and dispatch will occur within 10 working days, and you will be kept informed.

4. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or transportation delays.

5. Tracking Information

Once your package is dispatched, we will email you tracking details.
